All facilities that are available at the location at the homestay can be used by guests residing in the homestay. The payment for the homestay includes a 'Package' for Swimming Pool, Gym, Reserved Parking (2 spaces for each unit), Surau (Praying Hall) and others.

The terms of use of the facilities:

1. Must wear swimming clothes or sports clothes (smooth cloth) if using the swimming pool.

2. Must change wet clothes in the changing room before going up to the room.

3. Not allowed to use lift with wet clothes

4. Must wear sports shoes if using the gym - Not allowed to not wear any shoes when using gym equipment.

5. Park only in the reserved parking spaces, as each unit has 2 special parking spaces.
    Not allowed to park in other parking spaces.
    The mistake of parking in another space will be charged RM100

6. Leaving the unit in perfect condition as guests first step into the unit.
    Cleanliness is important for the comfort of any future guests using the unit.
